Another long run today, my farthest yet. I went 5.5 miles! My legs are tired, my knees are tired, I'm tired. You see, I'm attempting to play catch-up. I hope my goal isn't too far out of reach. Having family in town has thrown off my miles.

All things considered, I'm doing great at exercising. There is just one more thing I need--who volunteers to be my personal nutritionist?

Hey Jana,

I hope this doesn't scare you. I've been looking at some other folks blogs and found yours off of one of them. Just wanted to say hi. I have a blog too although it's not always up-to-date. Drop me a not sometime when you get a chance.

I'm proud of you. I don't think I could run that far. I blame it on the asthma but really just hate running. Haha.

I miss you. I hope you are well. I love the pictures of Addy. And I saw the Noah painted letters that you helped Kari with on her blog. You are super talented.

Take care my friend.

Jana,
That's awesome!
There's only been one time in my life where I've been able to run that much...in track on a college level. Mind you, I was a thrower.
You're doing great! And Addie is more beautiful as she grows, a cute combination of both of you.
If you want, you can also check out my blog.
Way to go girl!
Take care,
Rachael

I just got through with the Health and Wellness Class. I learned tons about nutrition. If you want some ideas then I can send you some information when I send the family letter
